We are looking for an experienced and data-driven HR Operations & HRIS to join our growing team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging HRIS Tools, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and update the daily operations of BambooHR, focusing on onboarding, job changes, and offboarding processes
- Preparation of personal documents for employees
- Collaborate with Finance to generate HR data for efficient and accurate monthly payroll
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS by conducting regular audits and data cleansing activities
- Collaborate with IT and software vendors to implement system upgrades
- Generate and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports from the HRIS to support HR and business decision-making
- Preparation of HR presentations regarding new employees and HR data once a month
- Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights into key HR metrics
- Administer and support salary increase processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and market benchmarks
- Manage employee surveys and provide analysis across the organization
- Assist in developing and implementing HR projects and policies, including the performance review process
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, providing support and guidance on HRIS-related matters
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a concentration on HRIS and Operations
- Strong proficiency in BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Must
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business management, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
- Experience implementing OD processes – an advantage
