Project Manager

Golan Industries, located in Golan Heights, is looking for a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Leading manufacturing/development projects.
• Overall responsibility for manufacturing/development plans.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Transitioning from development to production.
• Planning, managing, and monitoring all project stages from order receipt to customer delivery and ongoing support.
• Working with various interfaces - engineering, quality, planning/project, procurement, operations, warehouses, etc.
• Meeting project success metrics.
• Continuous risk management, responsible for creating risk mitigation strategies and meeting goals.
• Preparing price proposals for customers.
• Direct contact with external customers including marketing efforts for new/upgraded products.

Qualifications:

• Academic education - mandatory.
• At least two years of project management experience - mandatory.
• High service orientation and ability to work with domestic and international clients - mandatory.
• Proficiency/fluency in Hebrew and English - mandatory.
• Proven experience and high ability in team management and leadership - an advantage.
• High proficiency with Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure, matrix management of employees, and process improvement.
