Klapper Architects is an Israeli architecture firm that specializes in planning and designing luxurious homes for an international clientele. Managed by Erez Klapper, a graduate from the Azrieli School of Architecture at Tel Aviv University, the firm has a reputation for impeccable aesthetics. Using a unique method of Building Information Modelling (BIM) modeling, they ensure optimal and efficient overall planning that enables parametric monitoring and control of all project data. They are currently working on a broad spectrum of residential, conservation, cultural and religious institutions, visitor centres, hotels and bridges. At the same time, Erez continues his connection with academia holding a technological Studio at Azrieli School of Architecture at Tel Aviv University.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site architect role located in Givat Shmuel. The Architect will be responsible for planning and designing luxurious residential, conservation, cultural and religious institutions, visitor centres, hotels and bridges for an international clientele. The architect will also work with teams and project managers, supervise and guide junior team members, and liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field
• Proven work experience in architectural design in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
• Strong understanding of spatial relationships, proportion, form, and color
• Demonstrated ability to solve design problems and develop creative solutions
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Ability to work independently, within budget constraints, and in a team environment
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
