A Software Sources IT Implementation Specialist establishes relationships and gives technical support, demos, and more to our clients. They sell and implement complex software solutions to large enterprise accounts to effectively build and lead teams of resources to achieve established account strategies.

We are currently seeking our next junior IT Implementation Specialist to join the team in Israel. Being a small company with a family atmosphere we are the place to grow and develop yourself professionally.

Major Responsibilities

·      Consult and lead professional services solutions at customer activities, as required pre-sale and after-sale

·      Internally work closely with the account manager - pitching, enabling, and supporting him/her in selling technology solutions and services to their clients

·      Interact with clients in Israel, focused on technical selling of the services and solutions, articulating clearly the problem statement, our approach, the service itself, and value to the client

·      Discover and understand the needs of clients and teams, and map those to solutions and services we deliver

that could add uniquely differentiated value

·      Establish and nurture cooperation with system integrators and products/technology alliance partners

·      Work in a team with other Presale consultants and Account Managers

Requirements

·      Fluent English and Hebrew

·      Relevant BA degree such as computer science

·      Experience in system integration and active directory

·      Experience in IT / Cyber technical positions is a plus

·      Computer Network Administrator background and experience is an advantage
