Role Description

• We are seeking a Temporary Full-Time Training Developer and Consultant (Hybrid) in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with the flexibility to work remotely as well. The role involves full-time responsibility for designing, developing, engaging workshops, instructional design solutions, curriculum development, etc. .You will be required to create or adapt training materials, engage with our clients, and help them implement effective learning initiatives tailored to their unique needs. Additionally, or consultant will collaborate with our team to create innovative learning solutions and keep up with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Provide expert guidance and consultation on training strategy, content development, and instructional design best practices.
• Evaluate and update existing training materials to improve effectiveness and relevance.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts effectively.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing requirements or client needs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• A creative mindset, with a passion for creating innovative solutions that enhance the learning process.
• Experience with remote training and learning tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues and clients in the USA.

Note: This is a temporary full-time contract role, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
