Senior Professional Services Consultant and Team leader

Centerity Unified Observability, Auto-Remediation & Asset Management Platform for Distributed Edge Enterprisesplatform increases visibility and reduces risk by collecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from various software tools, applications, and systems. 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated hands on senior Professional Services Consultant and team leader to join our team. As a Centerity Professional Services Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation, optimization, and support of Centerity's edge proactive monitoring and management solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients anmd partners to understand their business requirements, customize solutions, and provide expert guidance to maximize the value of Centerity's platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Implementation and Customization:

·      Lead the deployment of Centerity's monitoring solutions, including installation, configuration, customization and integration with clients' IT infrastructure.

·      Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment while minimizing disruption to client operations based on monitoring best practices.

·      Create project delivery plans and track their progress, conduct regular meetings and check-ins to understand clients' evolving needs, gather feedback, and address concerns proactively.

·      Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including IT managers, system administrators, and business leaders.

1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

·      Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support inquiries, incidents, and escalations related to Centerity's solutions. Deliver training and workshops to customers

·      Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with clients and internal support teams to ensure timely resolution.

1. Team leadership

·      Lead and mentor a team of Centerity Professional Services Consultants, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure high-quality service delivery. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, leveraging team members' strengths and expertise to optimize project outcomes.

·      Serve as a liaison between the professional services team and other internal departments, facilitating communication, coordination, and alignment of priorities.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

·      You have at least 3+ years proven experience of Professional Services, consulting, or technical implementation roles within the IT industry

·      You have a high level of technical product knowledge across multiple industry standards. Focus on the following technologies:

o  Virtualization and Containerization such as: VMWare, Hyper-V, K8’s, Docker, etc.

o  Cloud infrastructure management such as: AWS, Azure, OCI

o  Networking such as: Topology, SNMP, API, etc.

o  Operating Systems (Linux, Windows)

o  ITSM and Services Delivery

o  Comfort working with both Linux and Windows
