Role Description

Consult2All is seeking a full-time Research Development Team Lead who will be responsible for leading a team in research and development activities, analyzing data, and identifying trends to innovate product development. This is a hybrid role, located in Ramat Gan with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the R&D team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project timelines toward completion.

Qualifications

• Overall R&D Experience of 6+ years with Python, AWS, architecture
• Leading a team for 3+ years as Research and Development (R&D) TL with at least 5 employees.
• Proficiency Experience for 4 years with Python
• Knowledge of Linux, Network traffic, and Infrastructure
• Research skills to stay up to date on industry trends and identify new opportunities
• Experience in team leadership and management
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to drive project timelines toward completion
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
