Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Coordinator located in Lod. The Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily export operations and liaising with various stakeholders including clients, carriers, and customs authorities. The candidate will be responsible to ensure seamless execution of the export process from initiation to delivery, document preparation and verification, and to prepare and maintain record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Export Documentation and Ocean Export skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel and Word
• Prior experience with customs clearance and export regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
