We are seeking an experienced Storage professional and Help Desk Technician to join our global IT team. Our ideal candidates should be willing to learn and adopt new systems and applications. The position will be divided into three categories: storage management, help desk services, and lab support. This is a great opportunity to join a global company and grow with us.

What you'll do:

• Perform different shipping/receiving, and stocking activities.
• Maintenance of IT and R&D inventories, equipment needs, function, and stock records.
• Perform physical tasks, such as lifting inventories and heavy objects.
• Provide initial technical support to users via tickets, email, or in-person across all Global-e offices worldwide.
• Responsible for lab maintenance and routine handling.
  
  

What you should have:

• Experience with storekeeping methods and procedures.
• Hands-on working knowledge of commonly used inventory management software.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in a Helpdesk Support role primarily in a Windows Environment utilizing Active Directory, Azure and Office365
• Basic knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G
• Good knowledge of Networking Concepts
• Availability to provide urgent support during evenings and weekends.
• Availability to travel to our north offices weekly.
  
  

Education:

• Associates, BA/BS in Information Technology or Computer Science OR commensurate certification and experience.
