We are looking for a responsible, independent professional accountant, a team player who can work in a fast-growing company and able to deliver in strict timelines. You will join our professional finance team and manage AP local bookkeeping and global AR bookkeeping (reporting to the Parent Company Controller).

Responsibilities

• Responsible of AR bookkeeping, Including assistance in the collection process, tracking customer charges and collaborate with other departments within the organization on collection issues
• Apply cash receipts and investigate unidentified payments and balances
• Responsible of AP cycle management: record invoices against POs, approval cycle, prepare payments, reconciliations
• Month-end close: prepare the trial balance and other material for the monthly closing of the company books
• Credit card reconciliations
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to: banking, vendor, accruals, etc
• Travel reports and personal expenses reimbursement
• Foreign vendors withholding tax management
• Prepare different analysis
• Add-hoc tasks that you will be required to deliver on defined time lines.
• Completeness, accuracy and time manner is required in all the above responsibilities
  
  

• 4-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience from high tech company
• Experience with AR bookkeeping
• Experience working in global companies with multi-currency environment
• High proficiency with Excel functions
• English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
• Experience in NetSuite (material advantage)
• System oriented 
• Team player
• Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task
