Financial Billing Team Leader

Nayax is looking for a Financial Billing Team Leader to join the Finance Billing team, which is responsible for addressing billing inquiries and activities for our customers.

The Financial Billing Coordinator will report to the Chief Business Operation.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Manage activities of the billing team, analyzing team performance and OKR's
• Act fast on billing disputes and escalations
• In charge of the monthly/bi-monthly/weekly billing cycle; ensuring that the month-end closing is executed timely and accurately
• Ensuring that invoices and reports are issued on time and sent to customers
• Cooperate with different departments regarding ongoing projects
• Actively seeking ways to improve the team's performance
• Prepare quarterly aging report
  
  

• Able to work under pressure, to meet deadlines,
• At least 2-3 years of experience in finance/accounting and as a team leader,
• Great time management, attention to detail,
• High level of Excel
• experience with SalesForce, and ERP, NetSuite is an advantage
• Proficient in English
  
  

• Previous experience as a bookkeeper.
