Position Overview:

As a Strategy Analyst at Redefine Meat, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making processes within the company. You will report to the Head of Strategy & Growth and analyze market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and identify growth opportunities. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Your Challenges:

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the plant-based meat industry.

• Analyze data to generate insights on consumer preferences, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.

• Develop financial models and perform scenario analyses to evaluate business strategies and investment decisions.

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key findings and recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of strategic initiatives.

You will Rock at this role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in a strategy, consulting, or analytical role.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with diverse teams and interfaces.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with the food industry, particularly plant-based or alternative protein markets- preferred

• Experience using data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python- preferred
