Sales Director

For a fast-growing startup with innovative solutions, We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales

The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, who can build and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

Negotiate and close deals from small to enterprise-level clients.

Provide reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitive analysis to the executive team.

Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the B2B SaaS industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and sales cycles.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
