We are looking for a Hardware FA & DVT Engineer to take end-to-end responsibility for our hardware design validation and testing. You will also provide failure analysis services and assure the quality of ‘Spacetop’ during its product life cycle!

Responsibilities

• Create, track and maintain quality plan and schedules- validation, testability, plan for testing and other quality activities
• Write HW reliability and quality test plans (for internal and external vendors) including SW requirements to facilitate the HW testing
• Build prototypes, first samples in lab, define and run EE/ME tests and present results
• Work directly with quality labs for design reliability evaluation and testing
• Tier 4 for customer support and FA focal point for R&D - provide failure analysis as a part of the company support flows (for both internal and external customers) including CAPA report
• Read EE schematics and diagrams to determine how to assemble parts, machines, and other equipment, including troubleshooting, repair, program chips and SW debugging
  
  

• +5 years experience in HW quality engineering and hands-on experience with multidisciplinary products
• Familiar with quality methodologies and best practices
• Hands-on - ME assemblies and soldering capability of SMT components
• LabVIEW development experience - an advantage
• Board design experience - an advantage
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills both in Hebrew and English
• Willing to travel to China & Taiwan for ODMs
