Quality Assurance Team Lead - Global Pharmaceutical Company (2906)

Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing? We are seeking a skilled QA Team Leader to join a dynamic team in a leading global pharmaceutical company.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of quality assurance, including manufacturing, batch release, supplier quality, warehouse & packaging, and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of QA professionals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with department managers across the organization to facilitate communication and alignment towards company goals.
• Ensure the readiness of the QA team for internal and external audits, including preparation and coordination.
• Take accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), change control, documentation, etc.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and processes, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• A relevant academic degree (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality departments within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry (experience with biological products is an advantage).
• Previous managerial experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in conducting internal and external audits, such as those by MOH, FDA, and EU authorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in writing and reviewing protocols, reports, and regulatory documents.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with quality computerized systems.
• Fluent English language skills are a must.
