Network Engineer

Team Overview:

The Network Engineer functions within a dynamic network team responsible for deploying and maintaining a global network, VPN infrastructure, and Firewalls. This team spearheads innovative IT projects crucial for supporting R&D environments and branches worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

• Configuring, deploying, and managing routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Providing support for internal and Cloud network infrastructure.
• Continuously maintaining and enhancing the company’s network infrastructure with a focus on security.
• Assisting in global networking configuration, including site-to-site VPN connections.
• Supporting wireless networking infrastructure.
• Facilitating client VPN connections to the Organization’s network.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a network engineer.
• Profound understanding of network protocols, LAN/WAN.
• Hands-on experience with Checkpoint and FortiGate Firewalls.
• Practical experience in L2 and L3 Corporate networks, including VLANS, Routing, and ACL’s.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Pulse secure SSL VPN.
• Experience supporting NAC – SNMP and 802.1X.
• Proficiency with WIFI systems such as Cisco Meraki and WLC.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability for 24/7 support as required.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft and Linux networking, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Domain infrastructure.
