In order to strengthen our team in Israel, we are currently looking to recruit a:

Relationship Manager Associate II - Innovation Banking

The job holder will be responsible for building deep relationships with the founders and CEOs of new and scaling technology companies in the Israeli eco-system.

Role responsibilities:

• Build deep, long-term relationships with the founders and finance leaders of growing technology companies
• Manage clients' needs working collaboratively with internal operations and product groups
• Work proactively to develop value-add introductions and connections in the ecosystem
• Deliver the breadth and depth of the HSBC Innovation Banking Platform
• Generate new business for HSBC Innovation Banking through banking products and identify opportunities to support companies with lending and credit products
• Build effective internal networks within the HSBC Innovation Banking platform to enable full success in the role

Job requirements:

• Role holder must be located in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew
• 2-3 years of working experience in business development, ideally from the tech eco system such as software company/venture capital/consulting firm
• Sound working experience and network in the tech startup ecosystem
• A team player with strong inter-personal skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a very dynamic, fast paced environment with multiple teams and functions and across multiple projects
• Ability to self-learning
• Superior work ethic, strong desire to learn, extremely self-motivated, success driven and uncompromising attention to detail
• Long-term, authentic relationship building skills and proven origination skills to build a high-quality client portfolio
• Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Relevant academic degree
