We are looking for a QA Team Lead to join our growing team in Tel Aviv!

As a QA Team Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products across multiple platforms and environments. You will lead a team of talented QA engineers, driving testing initiatives, implementing best practices, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities{{:}}

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure the team's success.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
• Drive the implementation of manual testing frameworks and tools to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, identify potential risks, and define test objectives.
• Perform hands-on testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and usability testing as needed.
  
  

• Minimum 5 Years of QA Experience
• Solid background in software quality assurance, with a deep understanding of testing methodologies and practices.
• At least one year of leading QA processes or teams, demonstrating strong organizational and management skills.
• Prior work in global or multinational companies is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to thrive in diverse and dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in testing web and mobile applications is crucial. You should be familiar with the unique challenges and opportunities presented by these platforms.
• Practical experience in working with and testing APIs is essential.
• We value candidates with the ability to organize, manage, and lead projects independently, demonstrating autonomy and initiative.
• Excellent level of English- Both verbal and written
