A Day in the Life

As a bookkeeper you will:

• Perform activities related to accounts payable, including reviewing payments to suppliers and reconciliations.
• Manage bookkeeping aspects of the company.
• Ensure proper documentation for all invoices, purchase orders, payments, etc.
• Prepare and submit reports to relevant authorities.
• Maintain and oversee the control of accounts and records in such areas as disbursements, expenses, tax payments and income.
• Perform other bookkeeping tasks as requested.
  
  

Must Haves

• Certified bookkeeper (type 3)
• At least 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper
• Good communication skills with people
• Good experience and proficiency working with Excel sheets
• High level of English proficiency
  
  

Nice to Haves

• Experienced working with SAP
• Experienced working in a global company
