Senior Business Development Representative

The Jerusalem office of a U.S.-based logistics company is seeking a native-level English speaker for the role of Senior BDR. The Senior BDR is a full-time job with primarily American-based hours, 4pm to 12am IST, Sunday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Assist management in planning, strategizing, and executing a business development plan and marketing strategies.
• Lead a team of new BDRs.
• Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
• Effectively communicate our solution’s value proposition to inspire potential clients to embrace our services.
• Own the top end of the sales funnel.
• Become a logistics expert.
• Keep an updated CRM account (Pipedrive).
• Maintain constant open communication with the account executives.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong leadership, client management, and project management skills.
• Record of reaching sales quotas and targets.
• Attention to detail and persistence in follow-up.
• Ability to write professional emails.
• High-energy and goal-oriented.
• Basic computer skills.
• Native-level English
• Familiarity with interactive/digital media and digital marketing solutions is a plus.
• Highly motivated and proactive, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
