Organic Team Leader (SEO)

A global performance marketing company that boosts growth with unified and holistic paid and organic strategies and is the biggest international performance company in Israel is looking for an Organic Team Leader to join its family.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, along with proven leadership abilities to guide and mentor a team of SEO specialists.

Knowledge and previous experience in ASO are a huge advantage!

Essentials

• Native or otherwise perfect English proficiency. If not a native speaker, fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
• 3-4 years of SEO experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Experience with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, including content creation and management.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration (an advantage).
• Proficiency in website analysis using tools such as Google Analytics (GA), Google Search Console (GSC), Rank Ranger, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Highly ambitious and inquisitive with a passion for learning.
• Creative and marketing-minded, with a knack for research and sharing insights.
• Analytical thinker who enjoys working with data and presenting actionable reports.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks for multiple clients.
