Manufacturing Operations Manager

The Role: Support customers and suppliers who order parts through the platform Monitor and resolve parts delivery issues for customers in various industries.

Work with the Sales team and worldwide suppliers on a daily basis.

• Experience working in or with machine shops, contract manufacturing companies
• Experience working directly with customers (e.g. within service departments)
• Experience working with manufacturing suppliers.
• Quotation experience for CNC jobs
• Previous experience in technical sales in the custom manufacturing field
• Strong knowledge of technical processes and materials
• US time zone working hours

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working asynchronously and remotely in a digital workspace
• Not afraid to get their hands dirty on various topics: admin, customer support, operations, coordination, product, sales
• Superb written communication skills
