Qualification:
- 3-4 Years of infrastructure management experience with windows system administration (AD, AAD, DHCP, DNS &
Hyper-V)
- Azure hands on experience in recent projects – recommended AZ-900 Certified
- Network troubleshooting skills in client – Server & Azure connectivity
- Hands-on experience and ability to deploy and manage end-user equipment like mobile, IoT & Surface devices.
- Good knowledge on Audio Video (AV systems) technology like Microsoft Teams, Creston, Extron, Cyviz etc.
- Preferred but not required: Basic skills in Linux derivates
(i.e Raspberry)

- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Great collaborator & Team player, building trust and respect partners, customers & immediate team.
- Good ability to manage projects & reporting.
- Proactively seek improvement areas in the field and take appropriate actions.
- Problem solving – ability to own, drive & solve customer problems.
