Position

Title: QA Engineer

Location: Hybrid - HodHasharon

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to join our team of professionals and help us take our product to the next level. You will develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality and improve the Aternity collection engine – the heart of the Aternity product. The Aternity collection engine is a highly intrusive stealth-mode component running on millions of user devices and collecting the core metrics Aternity leverages for its data analysis.

What You Will Do

• Review requirements, specification and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Design, execute automation scripts and analyze results.
• Identify, investigate, document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing and decide what steps are needed to increase confidence.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing features to meet client needs.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Work as part of a team and closely with other colleagues (development, product).
• Improve your skills, learn from, and mentor top-notch engineers and enrich other team members.
• Create an effective fruitful and fun working environment.
  
  

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• Significant experience in a QA Engineer role, ideally working on SaaS products (this is not an entry level role)
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Proven experience of writing clear and compregensive test plans and test cases
• The ability to translate use cases and technical specifications into test cases
• Experience conducting manual testing
• Knowledge and prior experience of load testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Experience with security testing, windows internals and working with an automation team all desirable
