Lili is seeking a Head of Finance to join our team

We are looking to hire a smart, motivated and team player to join our finance team as a Head of Finance, reporting to the CFO&COO. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Oversee the day-to-day finance operations including financial reporting, bookkeeping, payroll, treasury, and tax compliance.
• Maintain full ownership of the monthly and annual US GAAP consolidated financial statements processes, including the cooperation with the company's auditors on the annual audit.
• Managing the annual processes of preparation of the statutory financial statements and tax filing, both in US & IL.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO&COO and other members of the management team to provide ad-hoc financial insights & analyses to support decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Lead a high-performing finance team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to foster a culture of excellence.
• Oversee the monitoring and maintaining the company’s KPI’s

Requirements

• CPA with Big 4 Hi Tech department experience
• At least 4 years of direct experience post internship in a High-Tech company
• Managerial and leadership experience
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills including modeling and FP&A experience.
• High accounting skills- US-GAAP an advantage
• Hands-on and proactive approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience working with global companies – advantage
• Experience working in a regulated Fintech company – advantage
• Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities, managing them through to completion with patience, flexibility, and passion
• Excellent English – written and verbal
