About the job:

We are looking for talented FinOps. In this position you will be responsible for our customers AWS,

GCP and Azure Cost Optimisation Data Analyst focused on forecasting cloud spending, allocating,

budgeting cloud spending, and recommendations for cloud optimizations

Responsibilities

· Investigate and understand the basis for every line item on our cloud infrastructure invoices

· Optimize performance to spend where you need to and redistribute resources

· Suggest areas for improving spend by finding better rates or improved technology

· Find anomalies in usage patterns and give quick feedback to course-correct

· Predict, plan, and ensure resource utilization to estimate the need for the future and negotiate a

discount or pre-allocate resources

· Assist in architectural designs and decisions

· Having real-time data you can predict and make decisions to optimize costs

· Review customer's cloud infrastructure and produce cost optimization reports on a monthly basis

Requirements and Qualifications

· Data-driven and detail-oriented; testing and measuring every step

· Knowledge of relevance monitoring and measuring to identify areas for improvement

· Automate everything you can

· Keep up to date on the latest cloud products and trends

· Be able to consolidate several streams of information to see the big picture

· Curious about every detail and strive to understand the basis for your data fully

· Knowledge of AWS, GCP and Azure pricing ( Saving Plan, RI, Pay-as-you-go )

Desired Skills and Experience:

● DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience - must

● At least 2 years of experience as a FinOps Engineer or equivalent

● Experience with Cloud FinOps tools (e.g., CloudHealth, CloudCheckr).

● Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS - Must, Azure, GCP - a plus ).

● Knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.

● Proven analytical skills and experience with cost optimization and cost management in AWS,

Azure and GCP

● Deep understanding of architecture, Networking and Cloud infrastructure

● Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

● Relevant certifications in FinOps, cloud computing, or financial management are a plus.

● Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or other related field.

● Knowledge and Experience in IT Costs and License structure - advantage

● Intimate familiarity with the cost structure of AWS, GCP and Azure products and services

● Real-world experience with BI and/or cost tracking tools such as PowerBI or other BI tools –

advantage

● Experience in negotiating long-term commitments and contracts broad knowledge of third-

party software platforms
