Legal Counsel

We are looking for smart, motivated, experienced, business-oriented, professional, results-driven, and all-around excellent Legal Counsel who will report directly to the General Counsel.

We are seeking candidates with strong experience in the technology industry. The Legal Counsel will serve as an in-house attorney handling various global legal needs and will support all key departments including, among others, HR, Product, Marketing, and IT, with an emphasis on Intellectual Property, Regulatory and Commercial work.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with global companies, including corporate work, commercial work, commercial intellectual property, and compliance.

What you’ll do

• Negotiate and handle a variety of legal contracts including complex commercial transactions, HR agreements, and contracts with service providers
• Handle corporate work
• Conduct legal research and analyze legal questions
• Compliance work
• Handle other assignments as needed

What you bring

• 3–6 years of experience either as an in-house counsel or for one of Israel’s prominent law firms
• Experience working with a hi-tech company — advantage
• English at a mother tongue level, with significant experience reading, writing, and communicating in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Team player with exceptional written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Law degree required
