Job description

• Personal and professional management of the backend team of 2 developers and personal management of the frontend developer

• Supervision the progress of the tasks, assist in solving technical problems and complex bugs, promote and personal accompaniment of the developers

• Organizing and prioritizing tasks according to product and development requirements, and planning a future roadmap

• HO development on the various development tasks in the backend areas

• Technical design planning and integration between the different teams

• Building the back-end team according to the company's needs, including recruiting and matching new employees.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a team manager, including code and design review, prioritizing tasks for teams, personal development of employees, and more.

• 5 years of experience in C# (mandatory) and.net core (significant advantage)

• Experience in the development of complex systems is mandatory (not websites of any kind)

• Experience in development in a dockerized environment on Linux—an advantage

• Experience in planning and implementing interfaces between different services on the network and with client-side code. In particular, REST API, GRPC, Protobuf, HTTP2, SSL

• Experience working with databases (in particular MongoDB—an advantage), including writing efficient queries

• Familiarity with TCP/UDP communication

• experience working with CI/CD tools and, in particular, interfacing and developing Jenkins pipelines; experienced in the past

• Ability to develop a product from the starting point and, at the same time, work on an existing product with a large codebase

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks according to the roadmap
