IT-Recruiter (Switzerland) - Remote on commission basis

Are you an experienced Recruiter with a strong network in the IT sector? Our company is currently looking for a skilled IT-recruiter to join our team remotely, focusing on sourcing top-tier candidates from the IT industry for placement in Switzerland. This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary, allowing you to earn from successful permanent placements.

Tasks

• Identification and Recruitment of qualified candidates in the IT sector
• Conducting interviews and gathering information
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates from Germany and Austria
• Constant expansion of your own candidate pool and network to source the best talent
  
  

• Proven experience as a Recruiter within the IT sector
• You already have access to various recruitment tools and platforms, for example, LinkedIn
• Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• You have a pool of candidates and a large network of qualified professionals who would like to work in Switzerland
