Air Conditioning Construction Engineer

Description:

Managing the construction of air conditioning and plumbing systems from scratch in large projects

Project management in the central and southern regions of Israel

Interface with customers and supervision, foremen, contractors, and suppliers

Responsibility for the project budget and cost improvement

Working with specifications, bills of quantities, and drawings

Understanding of negotiations, logistics, and procurement

Requirements:

A degree in the field of machinery/air conditioning - mandatory

Experience of at least 4-6 years in a similar role from contracting companies-mandatory

Technical English - mandatory

Knowledge in the field of air conditioning/plumbing

Mastery of Office and AutoCAD software. Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage
