Senior Backend Engineer

What your day will look like:

As a member of our talented team, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust backend solutions to power our innovative products. You will leverage your mastery of Python coding, expertise in building APIs with FastAPI, proficiency in integrating with external applications and diverse data sources, and experience in scalable programming to drive the development of high-performance backend systems. you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing our software applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs using Python programming language and FastAPI framework.
• Integrate our applications with external systems, third-party APIs, and diverse data sources, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability.
• Collaborate with product managers, front-end engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Our stack includes Python, AsyncIO, MongoDB, Redis, FastAPI, Celery, Docker and Linux

Reach out if you are:

• Master of Python development
• 4+ years of experience as a backend developer
• Proficiency in working with external applications, integrating with third-party APIs, and managing diverse data sources.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles, HTTP protocols, asynchronous programming, and experience in building and consuming APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions - advantage
• Solid grasp of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker) - advantage
