We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Data Specialist to join our dynamic team at N1X10. As a Clinical Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in extracting key information from free-text medical files and organizing it into a predefined clinical data model. You will work closely with our data management team and utilize AI algorithms to identify essential data points, contributing to the enhancement of our personalized oncology advocacy services.

• Extract essential clinical information from various medical documents, including imaging and pathology reports, discharge summaries, progress notes, and genomic profiling reports.
• Utilize AI algorithms and data management tools to identify and capture key data points accurately.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of structured clinical data according to predefined data models and standards.
• Collaborate with the data management team to resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the extracted data.
• Stay updated on advancements in medical data extraction technologies and contribute to process improvements.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and compliance regulations regarding patient health information.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare informatics, medical coding), or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Background or experience in the medical domain or life sciences is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, healthcare documentation, and the structure of medical files is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
