Bookkeeper

We are looking for a Bookkeeper, for a startup located in Herzliya.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounts payable process (Purchase Order, booking, payment)
• Responsible for accounts receivable process.
• Execute bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliation, fixed assets, expense accruals, prepaid expenses, and other expenses
• Preparation and submission of reports to relevant authorities (VAT, withholding taxes, income tax)
• Ensure proper documentation for all invoices, purchase orders, payments, etc.
• Direct communication with vendors on an ongoing basis including AP reconciliation.
• Perform other bookkeeping tasks as requested

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
• Certified bookkeeper (types 2+).
• Experience working at a fast-growing global high-tech company- big advantage.
• Knowledge of setting up and performing all tax-relevant reports.
• Experience working with SAP – advantage.
• Extensive MS Office proficiency, especially with Excel functions
• High level of English proficiency (writing, reading, and speaking)
• Independent, detail-oriented, a team player, a Fast learner, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent organization skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
