General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager

The selected individual will be responsible for driving our business growth, cementing our leadership position in the market, and expanding our enterprise footprint. A deep understanding and proven track record in enterprise sales are essential.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Craft, articulate, and execute a strategic vision for the Business Unit, aligning with broader company goals.
• Enterprise Sales Drive: Spearhead the acceleration of enterprise sales initiatives, build robust sales pipelines, and foster relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprises.
• Team Development: Mentor, guide, and grow the Resilience BU's team, ensuring we have the best talent driving our mission.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that they align with our short-term and long-term strategic goals.
• Financial Management: Ensure profitability by managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and finance, to ensure cohesive operations and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years in leadership roles with a strong emphasis on enterprise sales; experience in the IT resilience sector a plus.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
