Meet Easyplant - who we are?

As part of our mission to make home design frictionless, we understood that plants are the worst home design product that dies constantly. We knew this was an engineering issue, and we forged our focus toward a mission to prevent plants from dying. Hence, we invested 2 years and developed a self-watering system that prevents plants from dying.

In this role you'll

We believe in data-based decision-making, we invest a lot in our data and have A LOT of it - we're looking for someone to take us to the next level, choose the right tools and methodologies, and be a great partner to the team.

• Data Strategy: Design and execute a data strategy that drives business objectives and identifies growth opportunities
• Analysis & Reporting: Lead data analysis to meet business goals and create a comprehensive dashboard system to support business decisions
• Infrastructure Management: Manage the data infrastructure, including database systems and data technologies
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a data team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to integrate and leverage data insights across the organization
• Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data science to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Problem-solving - rigorous approach to solving complex business problems in various areas
  
  

• Super strong data background, 5+ years of experience
• Exceptional track record of excellence (e.g., ex-8200 / academic distinctions / upwards career trajectory)
• Proficiency with SQL. Can write queries blindfolded.
• Vast experience with visualization tools - e.g Tableau and similar tools
• Vast experience with instrumentations, preferably with different tools
• Loves to deep dive into the small details of data and uncover impactful insights
• Hands-on experience throughout
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Great people skills
