Chief Financial Officer - NASDAQ

• Will lead all public company financial aspects – reporting, compliance, investor relations, etc.

• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team and board of directors.

• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.

• Perform effective risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments and planning the organization’s financial strategy.

• Manage the processes for financial forecasting, inventory, and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting towards IPO in NASDAQ

• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

• Manage IR effectively including shareholder communication, managing expectations, and analyst relationships.

• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.

• Responsible for the IT department

• Lead a purchasing of a new ERP system for the company

Requirements

• Proven experience as NASDAQ public company CFO. Led a company to IPO in NASDAQ

• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

• Ability to strategize and solve problems

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and people skills

• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers

• CPA

• BSc/BA in Accounting; MSc/MBA is a plus

• Knowledge of IT and ERP systems
