RND Mechanical Engineer Team Leader

Position Overview: The mechanical engineer lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the precise development of our products. This role requires expertise in the development and execution of metal based mechanical design, involving electrical motor-based mechanisms with some experiments and emphasis on designing high precision metal mechanical parts. An ideal candidate will have experience in hands-on metal design using SolidWorks. Ability to lead projects and people highly desirable.

Qualifications:

1. Mechanical/aeronautical engineering.
2. Strong proficiency in design of high precision metal parts with techniques such as metal forming, extrusion, sheet metal.
3. Good understanding of propulsion mechanisms.
4. Experience in managing a team of rnd designers.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a small company environment is a plus.
