Nexar is in search of an enthusiastic and skilled Organic Growth Product Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our organic marketing initiatives. This role is central to enhancing our SEO, social media, and email marketing strategies, including daily interactions with freelancers and agencies managing each of these domains. The ideal candidate will supervise, optimize, and orchestrate the entire operations to improve organic growth results, ensuring a cohesive and impactful customer journey across all organic digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Organic Growth Architect: Strategize, develop, and execute a comprehensive organic growth plan, concentrating on SEO, social media, and email marketing to boost customer engagement and acquisition.
• SEO Strategy Leader: Lead the SEO strategy, enhancing website content for better search engine rankings and increased organic traffic.
• Social Media Marketing Manager: Manage and optimize social media marketing efforts, creating and overseeing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
• Email Marketing Strategist: Oversee the email marketing operation and strategy, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and automation to effectively nurture leads.
• Freelancer and Agency Coordinator: Supervise and coordinate daily activities with freelancers and agencies, ensuring alignment with our organic growth goals and brand values. Foster strong relationships with them to ensure quality and consistency in their work.
• Data-Driven Analytics: Employ data analytics to monitor and report on the performance of organic channels, using insights to refine and improve strategies.
• Brand Consistency Guardian: Guarantee brand consistency and a high standard of work across all organic marketing channels and touch points.
• Digital Presence Enhancement: Proactively identify new opportunities for growth and enhancement in our organic digital presence.
  
  

Requirements

Technical skills & qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in organic marketing, with a focus on SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Proven track record in managing and improving organic growth strategies.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical abilities, adept at using data to inform marketing decisions.
• Experience in managing relationships with external agencies and freelancers.
• Knowledge of SEO tools, social media platforms, email marketing software, and web analytics tools.
