We’re looking for: A full-time Quality Specialist who is passionate about quality and has an analytical mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On

• Assessing handling and evaluation of cases within the customer journey
• Findings patterns, trends, and areas of improvement
• Reporting and presenting your findings periodically
• Driving action items from your findings to improve our accuracy and compliance within CJ flows
• Analyzing escalations and driving case studies when relevant
• Learning new domains to support QA needs and strategy
