About the Role:

As an Apester Full stack Team lead you will lead a team of strong dedicated full stack developers and work on Apester core platform to create amazing user experience and data driven technology.

You will have the autonomy to make technical decisions and support other developers in the team.

You will work on exciting new technologies with the latest best practices.

Working with large amounts of data generated daily on our platform that helps us make critical business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of full stack developers that develops Apester’s core applications
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
• Experienced developer with Hands-on experience 
• Have impact on millions of users with every line of code you push
• Take initiative in improving the software in small or large ways to address pain points in your own experience as a developer
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
• Collaborate with Developers, QA, DevOps, Data team, etc

 Requirements

• 5+ years of web development experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Team Lead
• Good understanding of JavaScript and experience working with React.js/Node.js  
• Experience with Node.js, Python
• Profound SQL and noSQL database knowledge, using MongoDB, BigQuery, postgreSQL or similar databases
• Experience working on cloud based production systems. Proven track record of delivering large scale, high-quality products
• Self-motivated and committed to fast-paced startup mode
• Good command of English and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about clean code and agile work

Srong Advantages:

• Experience working in the AdTech industry 
• Experience with Display & Video advertising (GAM, Wrappers, Header Bidding, Prebid)
• Experience with performance optimizations
• Experience with AMP
• Expertise in CI/CD technologies and practices
