Supply Chain lead - Purchasing, supply chain, logistics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain lead to join our dynamic team. As a Supply Chain lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our company's supply chain operations to ensure efficiency. It included leading the procurement process, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. play a critical role in managing the import and export processes to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize costs.

Job Description:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the company's supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.

Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and negotiate favorable terms and contracts.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including booking shipments, tracking cargo, and resolving transportation issues, to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Purchase Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers/vendors who can provide quality goods and services, Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing, Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procurement policies and procedures..

Requirements:

• 3 Years of experience in supply chain management.
• 3 Years of experience in import/export operations, customs compliance, and international trade regulations.
• experience in procurement/purchasing roles , sourcing and negotiating contracts with suppliers/vendors.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers/vendors.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
