Business Operations Manager - eComm Platform (Maternity leave)

Job Description

As the Business Operations Manager, you’ll be a key strategic player providing essential support to manage and execute the day-to-day operations of the group. This role will include a wide range of responsibilities, such as project management, operational efficiency, roadmap planning, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

• Manage high-priority technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables and ensure successful implementation and timely delivery
• Support on key initiatives and decision-making processes
• Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration between different departments
• Implement business strategies aligned with company goals and lead the process of building the group roadmap
• Handle production incidents and identify potential risks to mitigate them
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in project management in high-tech companies, with 3+ years of experience managing cross-company product development projects
• You can maintain a high-level strategic perspective while focusing on the details
• You make decisions based on data and have a deep understanding of the complexities of large-scale integration projects
• Experience leading diverse teams while building collaborative interfaces
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English
• You have great people skills, are highly energized, and have a “can do” approach
