As a Security and Compliance Manager, your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring and overseeing the security, compliance, and resilience of our systems, with a strong focus on managing risks and maintaining regulatory adherence. You will take part in managing compliance with clients, oversee compliance audits and certifications, and craft robust company policies and procedures

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and train employees on security training and awareness
• Conduct risk assessments and manage existing risks
• Collaborate with IT and development teams
• Manage client’s due-diligence and security validation processes
• Security strategy development & Continual Improvement Initiatives
• Regulatory & contractual compliance management
• Manage the company’s certification and audit processes (e.g. SOC2, HIPAA, etc)
• Oversee Internal Security and conduct compliance reviews.
• Manage the compliance and resilience of third-party vendors used by the company

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):

• Fluent English (speaking and writing) - Mandatory
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience - Mandatory
• Expertise in relevant regulations (ISO, SOC, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Self-learner, organized, highly motivated.
• Team Player with google communication skills.
• Bachelor degree and/or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CEH, CIPP, SSCP, PMP)
