We are looking for a Controller (ML replacement) to join our Finance team.

SOLATO is looking for a full-time, highly experienced FP&A Leader to join our Finance department in our Petah-Tikva offices. As FP&A you will provide financial planning and analysis support to the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial analysis.

What you'll be responsible for

• Partner with business leaders to develop and maintain annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario analysis
• Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to business leaders
• Identify and analyze key business drivers and trends, and provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
• Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and forecast, and recommend corrective actions as needed
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial performance
• Prepare presentations and other materials for executive leadership and board meetings
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

What you’ll need

• B.A in Economics/Accounting/Business Management (Accounting/MBA- advantage)
• Proven experience as an FP&A leading position or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Analytical thinker with excellent data-collection skills
• Experience working with BI and Big data tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-border teams to accomplish job roles
• Attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities
• High-level written and verbal skills both in English and Hebrew
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
