Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing operational support for our global customers within the finance domain. The teams are responsible for the successful onboarding and implementation of customers of different sizes.

The objective of the role

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope and schedule, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
• Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, and timelines to ensure that the project team adheres to project requirements
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing ongoing contact on project status and changes
  
  

• Create and manage the plan for delivering solutions to the final customer
• Ensure successful Customer onboarding and implementation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and support to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing operations, aligned with client needs.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Set and continually manage project expectations and scope with team members internally and externally.
• Collaboratively adapt existing and develop new project plans, processes, and communication standards for the project teams.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed - escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
  
  

• 10 + years customer-facing project management experience in international hi-tech companies preferably in the SaaS domain
• Proven understanding of the payment eco-system solutions for financial services- an advantage
• Proven experience with Go-Live to production
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
