C++ Software Engineer

Company:

An R&D and innovation center of a large Chinese company in the field of laser-based production equipment for solar PV industry.

Responsibility:

Developing and supporting PC software for company’s products and leading a small SW team.

Job specifics:

The developed by the company novel printing system requires vast and deep knowledge in developing reliable SW for multi-disciplinary high-throughput production equipment which runs on both PC and PLC. The main tasks of the PC SW are related to operating multiple imaging cameras and associated algorithms of fast image processing, system synchronization and logics, modules alignment and calibrations.

Organization:

Teamwork with engineers of different disciplines: physics, image processing mechanics, motion control, electronics, etc.

Required skills:

• At least the first academic degree in computer science or SW engineering

• 4 years of experience in programming on C++

• Experience in developing applications under OS Windows

• Understanding and experience in multi-threading

• Experience in developing software for multi-disciplinary systems

• Experience with imaging cameras and image processing algorithms

• Experience in Object Oriented Design

• Fluent in Hebrew and English
