Office Manager
If you are an organized, proactive individual - We're looking for an Office Manager to join our team, to oversee our office operations and play a key role in fostering a productive and welcoming workplace.
Working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00, on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including ordering supplies, parking, food, and equipment and maintaining an organized work environment.
- Work with the finance team to ensure payments and transfers are made correctly and on time.
- Coordination of travel and meetings abroad, including coordination of flights, hotel reservations, logistical and administrative coordination.
- Organizing employee attendance report for Payroll.
- Provision of administrative and operational services to Company employees, if necessary.
- Comprehensive responsibility for the ongoing organization of the office.
- HR and welfare activities – planning and executing Happy Hours, company events, holidays, birthdays and creating a positive work environment etc.
- Responsible for the onboarding of new employees and outboarding from the company and being the person of contact.
Requirements:
- You’re great at communicating and collaborating with everyone across the company. You thrive working in a dynamic environment, and you’re more than ok with some serious context-switching. Driven and self-motivated, with a “can do” approach, organized, and excellent with the details.
- You genuinely enjoy working with people, and you’re ok working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and finding solutions when the unexpected pops up.
· Proficiency in MS Office Tools - Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook
- Availability and willingness to occasionally work beyond hours in and out of the office.
- good level in writing and speaking English.
