Senior Reliability Engineer

DataMind AI plays a crucial role in preventing failures, minimizing unplanned downtime, boosting asset reliability, increasing throughput, and enhancing staff safety, across our global installations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to be the foremost authority in our company on Condition Monitoring and Reliability. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our reputation as a leader in AI-driven predictive maintenance. Working closely with R&D, clients and vibration experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Condition Monitoring and Reliability Expertise:
• Hand on and in depth understanding of equipment/machine/ assets failures, root causes.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge in condition monitoring and reliability to analyze complex sensor data, with a focus on vibration analysis. This role demands an adept understanding of interpreting sensor data for effective diagnostic solutions, ensuring optimal equipment maintenance and reliability.
• Work closely with mining and vibration experts, debate, make recommendations and support decisions.
• Customer Engagement: Act as a customer-facing representative, aiding the sales process by demonstrating how our system addresses the specific machine failures they experience.
• Training and Implementation: Train integrators in sensor installation processes, ensuring seamless integration of our systems at client sites. Identify opportunities for data optimization and automation to improve efficiency together with the R&D and product teams

Required Skills and Experience:

• Certification: Minimum VCAT-II (Vibration Analysis Category 2). VCAT-III is preferred.
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 5 years of on-site experience.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and rotating systems. Experience in condition monitoring analysis

• Language: Fluent in English.
