Job description: Sales & Marketing Director
· Proven track record of at least 10 years of successful experience in sales and marketing management within the tech industry.
· Strong understanding of technology products and solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions to diverse audiences.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to drive effective strategies.
· Proven experience developing and executing successful B2B and B2C marketing campaigns and initiatives.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company at industry events and conferences.
· Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage key client accounts effectively.
· Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Proficiency in Priority software, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms
· Education: BSC Engineering or Physics
· Fluent English language (additional languages are an advantage).
· Residing in the Jerusalem area is an advantage
