• Advanced Project Management: Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum, to ensure meticulous planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. Leverage platforms like Monday.com for project tracking and team collaboration, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
• Technology and Tools Expertise: Oversee and manage the integration and effective use of our core technology platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, and Chili Piper. Your role involves optimizing these platforms for sales and marketing efficiency, lead management automation, and ensuring seamless scheduling and interaction with clients.
• Process Engineering and Optimization: Apply your Industrial Engineering expertise to analyze, design, and improve business processes. Use insights from data and the capabilities of tools like Apollo and Monday.com to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Strategic Technology Leadership: Evaluate and onboard new technologies and applications, including but not limited to Apollo for sales intelligence, Outreach for sales engagement, and Chili Piper for meeting automation, to enhance business performance and customer engagement.
• Quality Assurance and Timely Delivery: Champion the delivery of high-quality projects and operational outcomes. Ensure that all tech-related initiatives and integrations are executed with a commitment to excellence and are delivered on schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
